          It’s Equal Pay Day, National Working Moms Day after International Women’s Day, a “call to action for accelerating gender parity and celebrate women’s achievements.” In June Mexico’s Next President Will Be a Woman – The New York Times.  Claudia Sheinbaum, Mexico City’s Mayor is belov-ed for being on Stanford’s Dr Stephen Schneider’s 2007 Nobel Prize winning IPCC (Intergovernmen-tal Panel on Climate Change) Team, and then shifting the country for President Amlo to 35% Renew-able-power. The U.S. and Canada are just 20% (EIA), why we have the most fires and Code Reds. Shockingly, Canada’s scientists in 2021 found “wildfires heated B.C. 2-3X more than fossil fuels!”    What helped women learn and act on all this so we can now help save our Planet?  In 1975, my Olympic mom Stevia and I brought Sports to the 1st U.N International Women’s Year Plan of Ac-tion in Mexico City.  After leading the Title IX March for Equal ops in school sports and Ed in 1977, and then skiing with Senator Ted Kennedy, he enforced it since “right to sport is the right to health.” He then called for Full Equality, which you’ll see can pay for a Renewable-powered U.S. and World.  Added to also partnering with Dr Schneider on a Snowdance Climate Hail Mary at ski areas, we can fulfill what hydrologists say, “takes years of deep snowpack in the mts to end decades of droughts.”                         

That’s also critical to save our snow and cool our oceans as the UN’s 2024 warning was “The State of the ocean will ‘ultimately determine the survival of our …human race,” “as the oceans absorb more heat and carbon than all the trees and plants on Earth,” said Nat Geo.  Today, the heated oceans of Mexico, North and Central America and world have destroyed about half of our coral, the nurseries of most fish. Along with China, we also contributed to Australia’s half dead Great Barrier Reef.  And why we have the most hurricanes, costing Florida $100 B, direly needed for renewables.  Without these solutions fast enough, tourism, next our coastal homes where most populations live..

Yet there’s Huge Hope thru timely, even fun Proactive Teamwork, especially thru the power of Woman, Youth and Sports Heroes.  Sheinbaum could light the way to a Renewable North America knowing that scientists said “Dubai’s Dec COP28 Earth Summit agreement only “triples renewable energy by 2030 and phases out fossil by 2050, which falls short of a habitable 1.5C fast enough.”        Greta agrees! Gone would be Snow – Earth’s AC, water, wildlife, AG, fire preventer, Snow-sports and the peace-making Winter Olympics.  How else can WE Win this Human Race? “Biden and Xi’s Friends Reunion” where our two Worst Planet Heaters-Destroyers pledged to be “Green Part-ners,” could meet at the Paris Olympics to also celebrate how our ping pong players had FUN turning U.S.-China into economic allies in 1961. Together they have the power to instead be Climate Heroes by lighting the way toward a dazzling new dawn in ONE year by announcing adopting these two FREE Climate Hail Marys so they’ll ripple: 60 Million BBC Radio and 2 Million GOP podcast listen-ers of “High Heels and Politics” already loved these Renewable and Snowdance Hail Marys.

By simply shifting to “Equal Pay (U.S thru ERA), countries can together boost their GDPs $28 Trillion, North America $5.3 Tr, and U.S. $4.3 Tr by 2025.” This funds the quickest transition to a “Renewable-powered U.S. and World, like equal Norway, to prevent immense suffering,” said Pope Francis. and Senator Mitt Romney’s (R) SLOC asked us to orchestrate the Ute Snowdance that saved their 2002 Olympics.

ERA’s Equal Pay would also fund winning the Peace in Ukraine and Palestine, forgive student loans, safeguard Social Security, and be a backup of a Snowdance Hail Mary. That’s the spiritual part of Native Forest management that has prevented/ended droughts and massive wildfires for eons.  Walt Disney pioneered asking the Elders to lead a cross-cultural Snowdance that saved Tahoe’s snowless 1960 Olympics, which other U.S. ski areas followed for 64 years. Our Native American Olympic Team Foundation (NAOTF) collected the data of “50 Snow and Raindance Miracles,” 45 that we orchestrated over the last 28 years at ski areas sharing Native skiing. That’s why in 2008, Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Stephen Schneider Hails Tribal Snow … dances, and along with the UN, “urged world ski areas to host Native youth that inspires the Elders to lead the Snowdances, and it’d be foolish to ignore this solution that costs almost nothing.”

Fortunately, thanks to Biden giving our Sec of AG Tom Vilsack “$50 Billion in 2022 to prevent Droughts and Fires,” Tom wisely shifted to Native controlled burns that “controlled the West Coast wildfires in one year,” but has not yet funded our Native Ski-Snowdance Plan.”  In 2021, the “UN praised Trudeau for the least Arctic fires thru Indigenous controlled burns and cross country ski ops that helped inspire their snowdances, so he shifted 6.5 Million more acres to them.” But not yet near our border, why Code Reds. Our countries can follow Israel, whose AG Sec and rabbis partnering in 2018 on a rain ceremony at their sacred Waling Wall, helped end their worst drought in 40 yrs.(HCh)                 

In May 2022, our Norwegian-U.S. partner Bjorn Dahl, ret director of Kirkwood Ski Area, West-ern Forestry and Congressional hearings, urged us, (partnered with 15M of UN’s World Children Month) to ask Sec Vilsack for emergency funds for Native Ski-Snowdances.  Since these cere-monies are sacred, we asked him to simply “fund struggling ski areas to host at least ONE Day of (15-30) Native youth and Snowdances, to help inspire on-going ideal snow across our mountain ranges.”  And immediately as a Test in the hot spot regions before ski season ends med April.                       

21 ski areas called this plan “Fantastic,” plus the tribes since the joy of “snowsports does the most to prevent their suicides and addictions from abuses at our gov-church boarding schools, so they reach for the sky.” (like our MD & MBA). Mammoth pioneered Native skiing in the 50s, and its heart-healing alone inspired the most snows in the U.S.  It also inspires raindances that saved NM’s Los Alamos Nuclear Lab and ski area 2X. The scientists turned believers and had us share the skiing!

Covid dried up most ski ops in the U.S., while lingering racism by a few likely impeded Vilsack, but he just needs to fund those really wanting to host them, which could have saved millions of our trees and inspired world ski areas to saving billions globally by acting on what Dr Schneider, Greta, Pope Francis, King Charles and U.N.’s 192 countries representing 8 billion of us said, “Listen to the Indigenous!”   Cross-cultural Teamwork wins, especially since …

So in June, Sheinbaum could call on Joe, Trudeau as well as Xi, to together inspire the world by making this simple step to green-power thru ERA’s Equal pay Trillions.      All three countries are just a step away, thanks to the history of China and U.S. leaders wanting equal pay!  Chairman Mao said “women hold up half the sky” and urged Equal Pay to boost their economy,” while JFK actually pass-ed the Equal Pay Act in 1963, but without enforcement teeth.  During WWll, FDR declared a National Emergency so Eleanor could give women like Rosy the Riveter equal pay and childcare, critical to our Victory. (Hist Ch).  After President Obama urged equal pay on CNN, it was on the platforms of both the R & D parties in 2016.  In 2021, Sec of Interior Deb Haaland, as NM’s Rep, led winning House passage of the “Paycheck Fairness Act,” but ERA does much more.  So at the White House, Biden and Harris called for ERA backing next to our Olympic Soccer “Equal-Pay Champions.”

Yet ACTION speaks louder… Today Chinese women get 20% less pay than men, Canada 10% less, and U.S. 50% less found the revised 2020 U.S. Census Study: For every dollar a man earns, a woman earns 49 cents – CBS & CNBC.  So we rank 43rd in equal pay (We-forum), while CEOs see pay grow 1,000%, and now  make 278 times the average…(cnbc) worker.  Ergo we are still HALF Slaves and most are suffering despite U.S. women being “better educated than men.”  Thanks to Obama’s WH meeting, “Forbes top 12 corporations give fems equal pay since it boosts profits.”  Yet Native, Black and Latina women get less than 50%, why they’re most abused… Bennet-DeLauro-Biden’s Covid Childcare Tax Credit boosted the economy thru moms affording to go to work, while cutting poverty in half. So reviving it creates the fastest U.S. and world boost.  Press can be heroes too setting this record straight and showing how Biden and Xi can so easily help moms feed billions of hungry/starving kids globally,16m in the US, the highest of superpowers. Also why Senate Majority “mench” Schumer urged Biden to declare a National Climate Emergency, greater than WWll, to help ensure enshrining ERA’s Equal Pay, Bodily and Minority Rights, saving a year of global catastrophes, and billions of trees and migrants. ERA would also fund Peace, as wars heat planet most, more women and youth affording to run for office to pass sane gun laws while cutting our $33 TR National Debt so no Shutdowns. Let’s stop fascism, and proactively Win like Olympians!

Yet few know that the U.S just needs a simple majority vote in the (D) Senate (51) and House to enshrine ERA (Equal Rights Amendment) into our Constitution now, also urged by House Minor-ity’s leader Hakeem Jeffries, youngest Rep Max Frost, Black Women Marchers, and Ellie Smeal’s Feminist Majority and MomsRising, MamasConPoder… Rep Eleana Pressley urged an ERA vote NOW to know who to support to restore our Climate and Democracy, but by a needed 2024 Land-slide!  A couple of wise Republicans could even pass it now, or we can vote in 4 more Dems in Nov to regain the majority, as the (D) Senate is set.  Let’s finally give our Half Slave Sisters equal rights.                         

Our world’s greatest skier Mikaela Shiffrin in 2023, united World Olympians furious skiing on fake snow calling on leaders and all to act using a different approach.  We can flex our unique power: by enlightening our World and Congressional “Deciders” thru forwarding this and using our FUN sports way of the 70s that melted the blocks to Title IX’s Equal Ops “as a threat to football and the status quo.” Job options til then were secretary, teacher, housewife or prostitute.

We are also grateful to Senator Birch Bayh, author-Saint of Title IX and ERA. In 1977, as a director at Vt’s Mt Snow, I skied with him and he shockingly said on the chair, “The DC March you led and Mondale WH meeting with Billy Jean (Cherokee) and their WSF lawyers and big press were important, but the key to getting Title IX finally enforced is Senate Health Chairman Ted Kennedy.  There’s minnows and whales in DC, he’s a whale. Ski with him.” So on an Aspen chairlift he heartily agreed Sports is our Right to Health:” “My sisters got sports opportunities and then their families heal-thy.” So he put Title IX under his wing 40 yrs. Olympic swimmer Donna deVerona and I also got visionary jock Senators to pass our Amateur Sports Act of 78, thanks to also having fun skiing in Vail with green (R) President Ford.  On the chair I explained why we need to also give athletes representation on all sports boards, since my creating the Athletes Advisory Committee to the USOC when I was the first woman on the board, solved problems and streamlined our Olympic effort.  He added it that week.

In April 2023, Gov Phil Scott (D) of VT, Bernie’s equal pay leader, reminded me of this Fun Way at my 2023 Sports Hall of Fame (HOF) Induction. He said, “If more leaders followed the team-work, rules, positive thinking and peace-fostering ways of you champions, we’ll all Thrive.

One leader thought the U.S. Equal Pay boost of $4.3 TR was B.S., so I called McKinsey’s SFO headquarters to verify that, and thank them for waking up the world.  Communications director Rebe-ca Robboy made my heart sing saying, “You’re my Title IX hero.” So I asked “what did Title IX do?  An author Kweilin Ellingrud got back with this mind blower:“Title IX’s Equal (job) Ed and Sports boost-  ed our workforce 30% and economy $3 Trillion.” That’s fun teamwork. Imagine life without Title IX!

Arnold Swazenegger, Mr Olympia then California’s first Green (R) “Governator-skier,” said on Jimmy Kimmel, “Teamwork can solve our Climate, Democracy and other Crises, like D & R women are uniting to restore bodily rights,” like Christian Mexico. GOP’s Nicky Haley got equal pay as an immigrant-Ambassador. Arnold reminded us that the 3 Greenest Presidents were GOPers, led by National Parks founder Teddy Roosevelt, inspired by his fishing buddy Comanche Chief Quanah Parker.  FDR (D) then founded the Youth Conservation Corps” that Biden revived.

PRAYER POWER OF SNOWDANCES                                                                                                                         

Another “key to FDR’s WWll Win, was asking all Americans to Pray on the Eve of our D Day Victory.” (History Ch).  Disney witnessing that and learning about Snowdances thru researching “Tink-er Bell,” pioneered cross-cultural snowdances at ski areas ending droughts in their regions for 64 yr. .

Xi may love this solution given their snowless Olympics like Europe, except for ULLR loving equal pay-Renewable Scandinavia. Our International Ski History Assoc honored some Chinese-Mongolians at Olympic Valley in 2018 for inventing skiing 30,000 yrs ago in the Altai, and likely snow-dances given how they open ski races.  Mary Ho, Pres of China’s Millennium Council said those who followed the reindeer over the Bering Strait to Canada and U.S. to become our tribes, so our ski shows honored stars of both.

What inspired this Snowdance solution? In 1995, I shared the joy of skiing with Rollingbears (Lakota) in Telluride. Thanks to a comp ticket from TelSki, he led a snowdance that saved their snow-less Christmas, I saw that Mother Earth, “Like most women, is even more generous when given loving appreciation. So to heal Her heart and body, and inspire more ideal snow or rain, give thanks like all our ancient ancestors did.” Or in advance when you direly need it or sun.  After witnessing 3 more snow, sun and rain miracles, (that saved Kansas farmers), I asked Telly’s eco Rabbi Michael Saftler and S. Ute Alden Naranjo to help give his kids fun skiing thru birthing NAOTF.

Mikaela follows my 1999 Olympic Reunion teammates, like Billy Kidd (Abenaki), who voted seed funding for NAOTF.org, since they agreed “our tribes are the best chance generations can ski.” Austria’s legends Franz Klammer and Weber and BB’s Phil Jackson and Bill Bradley also helped it snowball, ending droughts with ideal weather in regions across North America for the last 28 yrs.

Why?  Mother Earth feels everything. Her weather reflects our negative or positive emotions and actions. Giving kindness, equality, sharing, and amends inspire ideal snow and rain.  Japan’s Dr Emoto demonstrated how words also inspire beautiful snowflakes.  Green Pope Francis on his 2022 Apology Tour in Canada helped heal their land, weather, and Church’s karma when he joined our partner, Nobel Prize nominee Chief Wilton Littlechild and his First Nations Elders in ceremonies – a first in 2,000 yrs – to start amends.  Similarly, Biden is backing an Indigenous lacrosse team to compete in the 2028  Olympics – KLCC.  Afterall, our Sovereign Iroquois Confederacy invented it as a fun substitute for wars, bronzed in June’s World Championships; and gave us priceless equal Democracy and Climate. He must also insist Vilsack provide what Native youth want most skiing ops.    

Horrified when the West Coast went up in flames in 2018, we also united gifted Native Elders and multi-faith Earth Healers to lead ceremonies on sacred and holy mts, which vastly multiply pray-ers, with global prayer networks. Our EARTH HUGs have inspired the ideal part of annual “Record Snows” in U.S. and Canada but not enough to end droughts here & globally, why these 2 Hail Marys!   Our tribes also knew sports are key to body-mind health and joy, so we urge Biden and other candidates take Ergometer Tests so we know their biological age based on nutrition, fitness, and life-style to be wise leaders. Joe bikes and pumps iron and I couldn’t keep up with his work schedule!

Many of you know that giving back is an on-going Olympic high.  Therefore, Presidents Biden, Xi, Trudeau, Sheinbaum, all Deciders, Indigenous, Sports Heroes, Moms, Youth, Press, and you, let’s as Team Earth bring more joy to the world thru these Fastest Compassionate Ways to Win this Human Race for all our children this 2024!
